Want to be one of the first ten shops we set up personally?

Nyva field notes All posts

I’m going to ask for something today. Six posts in, that’s a small line of credit you’ve extended me. So I’ll keep it short.

For the next month, I’m taking ten shops through founder-led setup myself.

If you run a one to five person crew in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pool, pest, landscaping, garage door, appliance repair, handyman, or cleaning, you’re who Nyva was built for. The kind of shop where the owner is in the truck four days a week and at the kitchen table the fifth.

Here is what founder-led setup looks like.

You send me your customer list as a CSV. I load it. I configure your service menu, your tax settings, and your branded invoice. I set up the Monday morning briefing in your inbox. Two days after the CSV, you are running jobs out of the app. By Day 14, your guys are dispatching from their phones and the customer book is no longer sitting in your head.

You have my cell. When something breaks, you text me. When you want a feature, you tell me. If I can’t build it, I tell you that too.

Why ten and not a hundred.

Because the third shop’s pain is different from the first. By the tenth, I will have heard the same thing twice, and I will have built it. The first ten get the first look at every decision about what ships next.

There is no sales team to schedule around. There is no qualification process. If your week ends at the kitchen table and you are tired of it, you are qualified.

A few honest things while I have you here.

No contract. There isn’t one.

No vaporware. Ask whether something exists, and I will tell you. Built, building, or no plan to build.

No comparisons to the tool you are using now. Your week is the problem. The vendor on your invoice is not the protagonist.

Here is the ask.

Email hello@nyva.app with your trade and your city. If you have two minutes, tell me the one thing about your week that you are done with. I write back the same day.

Founder-led setup, two weeks From your customer list to a crew running out of the app DAY 0 You send the CSV DAY 2 You're live Jobs going out of the app DAY 14 Crew on their phones

Two days from the CSV to live. The first ten shops also get the first look at what ships next.

Free for a month, then $79/mo. Unlimited techs. No contract. If the free month does not earn the next charge, you cancel in the app, and we part friends.

If you read this far, thanks. The whole reason these posts exist is to earn the right to make this ask.

This was the ask.
