Before October, give me one week
Labor Day is a Monday you get to keep. The rest of September is not.
By next week the heating-season calls start. Pool shops start scheduling closings. Landscape crews start watching the leaves. HVAC gets four full months of the phone not letting up. Every fall the trade owner tells himself he will get a real system in place before the season hits. Every fall the season hits first.
It goes like this. You spent July slammed. August you caught your breath. Now it’s early September and you have four quiet weeks to work with. The switch you keep meaning to make, the scheduling tool that punishes you for hiring a fourth tech, the invoices that go out three days late because nobody sends them from the truck, the Sunday afternoon spent piecing together what happened last week: all of it is still on the list. Fall is coming for the list.
So here is the ask. Give me one week. Starting today.
I load your customer list, your service menu, your recurring jobs, and your team myself. Not you at a keyboard on Tuesday night after your kid is asleep. Me. Tomorrow morning your first tech logs in on his phone. Tuesday through Friday you use the app on real jobs, with your real invoices, on your real dispatch. Friday afternoon you tell me whether it earned its keep. If it did, we keep going. If it didn’t, you close the tab and I send your data back clean. No signup fee. No signed pilot. No pilot pricing that quietly renews at retail.
Why this week. This is the quietest week you will get until January. Not summer, you were slammed. Not November, holidays and the Q4 close. Not December, when everyone is trying to get home. This one, right here, between Labor Day and the fall ramp, is the setup week. Every year it goes by.
The setup week is right now, between Labor Day and the fall ramp. Friday afternoon, you decide.
Two things worth saying honestly.
Founder-led setup is my time, and my time is finite. I am taking five shops this week. First to reply, first served.
We built this for the one-to-five truck shop. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pool, pest, landscape, garage door, appliance repair, handyman, cleaning. If you run fifty trucks, I’ll tell you honestly this isn’t the right fit and point you elsewhere. If you’re on a clipboard, a spreadsheet, or a tool that keeps quietly billing you for the tech you hired in June, that’s exactly who we built it for.
Reply here or email hello@nyva.app. Tell me what trade you’re in, roughly how many jobs a month, and where you keep your data today. I’ll be back inside a day. Plans that fit a one-truck shop or a five-truck crew, no per-user fees, no contract, cancel anytime.
Fall is coming either way.
